    Step 1

    炒锅中热2汤匙油,放入香茅、红咖喱酱和黄梨汁拌炒。In a wok, heat up 2 tbsp of oil. Put in lemongrass, red curry paste and blended pineapple paste.

    Step 2

    拌炒3-4分钟直到黄梨汁稍微变干时,再放入黄梨块煮2-3分钟。Cook for 3-4 minutes till pineapple paste dries up a little. Add in the pineapple cubes to cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 3

    接下来加入鱼和水,转大火继续煮。一旦煮沸,加入鱼露和椰奶。喜欢咸一点的可以加些盐。Next, add in the fish and water to cook over high heat. Once boiling add in the fish sauce and coconut milk. Sprinkle some salt if prefer to be more salty.

    Step 4

    最后加入罗勒叶、酸柑叶和红辣椒, 配以香米饭一同享用。Lastly add in the Thai basil, lime leaf, and red chili. Served with a bowl of jasmine rice.
